Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth by connecting organizations with our cutting-edge Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
What You Will Do
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, collaborate with marketing, maintain accurate records, stay informed on industry trends, support the sales team, and generate pipeline by leveraging Spaulding Ridge’s strategic relationships and demand generation tools.

Requirements
- 2-4 years as an Account Executive or similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Integrations and/or Data Solutions platforms
- Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
