Role Overview
We’re seeking a Healthcare Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products or services.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned segment, lead segment group to meet and exceed STI sales targets, establish sales objectives and monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas, and negotiate and close sales with targeted segment accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
- Minimum three years’ experience in sales with management experience preferred
- Minimum five years’ experience in outside sales
- Exposure and understanding of solution selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
- Confidence in public speaking
- Highly organized
- Experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives and stakeholders
- Management and leadership mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or other account management software
