Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Media Rights & Partnerships team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the distribution of Sportradar’s premium media rights portfolio to broadcasters, streaming services, and digital media platforms across Europe and beyond.

What You Will Do

Drive media rights sales across European markets, develop and execute business development strategies, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, lead client engagements, and cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, media organizations, sports federations, leagues, and rights holders.

  • Strong understanding of the global sports media ecosystem, including rights acquisition, licensing structures, and distribution models
  • Established network within the sports, media, broadcasting, or digital content sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and closing complex commercial deals
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, international environment
  • Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape, including digital and streaming platforms
  • Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are highly desirable
