Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager will drive clear, consistent, and impactful messaging that strengthens dealer engagement and supports sales growth. This role oversees all internal and external communications for the dealer business unit, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, enhancing brand presence, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute communication strategies and messages aligned with business objectives and dealer sales goals. Create messaging that informs, engages, and motivates internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization. Manage dealer-facing communications, including announcements, campaigns, and updates that drive engagement and sales performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
- 8+ years of professional communications experience
- Experience selling or marketing consumer products to individual business owners
- Human Relations: outgoing, pleasant, persistent, tactful, good listener, proactive, responsive
- Analytical: fact-based decision maker, good analytical, problem-solving approach
- Strategic: think strategically about the business, short- and long-term objectives
- Communication: present to others in an articulate and concise manner, communicate clearly in writing, strong Power Point skills
- Influential: present and influence others using data, customer insights
