Role Overview
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for developing new leads, revisiting lost customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role involves proactive sales initiatives, outbound calls, and efficient order processing, while maintaining excellent customer service and ethical conduct.
What You Will Do
Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities, foster good relationships with customers, and support the outside sales team in managing customer accounts and order processing.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
