Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at STARK, you will lead a team of 5-10 employees, responsible for B2B sales and consulting of building materials to large construction projects. You will be part of the management team and have direct reference to the company’s Director. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on sales.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include leading, recruiting, developing, and maintaining employees, improving company performance by analyzing data, planning and managing sales-promoting initiatives, coordinating resources and managing budgets, and ensuring maintenance and expansion of the customer base.
