Role Overview
Lead a sales team and drive growth in new customer business, develop existing customers into long-term partners, and build a high-performance go-to-market organization.
What You Will Do
Acquire new customers, expand strategic existing customers, transform customers into subscription models, increase retention, customer lifetime value, and recurring revenue.

Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue environment
- Successful leadership and scaling of sales organizations
- Proven success in controlling ARR, MRR, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value
- Experience in transforming transactional business models to subscription, platform, or outcome-based revenue models
- Deep understanding of data-driven solution selling, strategic customer development, and up- and cross-selling
- Experience in developing leaders and collaborating with executive stakeholders, product, marketing, and customer success
