Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key finance business partner to Operations within a fast-growing, private equity-backed manufacturing company. This role is responsible for cost structure visibility, operational performance, and COGS drivers, supporting manufacturing scale and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities leadership to support cost management, efficiency, and operational decision-making. Lead budget and forecast for Operations, including headcount and operating expenses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance.
