As Regional Sales Manager – Instruments, you will lead high-performing teams, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across a broad product portfolio, including IC solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the instruments portfolio, including IC. Lead and manage direct sales teams, clinical support staff, and distributors to consistently achieve or exceed financial goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in a management role
- Experience in the medical device industry, including exposure to tender processes and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Valid driver’s license
