Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) will work within the wealth distribution under the brand of Sun Life Global Investments, partnering with Wealth Sales Directors and Regional Sales Assistants to generate sales through various investment channels. The role involves building relationships with investment advisors, providing insight about capital markets, and increasing sales of Sun Life wealth solutions.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Representative will generate sales and lead development through proactive outbound telephone calls and email communications, assist investment advisors with Sun Life solutions, and participate in national, regional, and project group meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience working in the financial services industry
  • IFIC, CFP, CIM or CFA certification a plus
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written)
