Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection. Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts. Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

What You Will Do

Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis. Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks, including credit insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
