Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Partner Success Manager to grow Sungrow’s business across Sweden. This is a sales-focused role responsible for developing installer and distributor relationships, generating demand, and driving revenue across our portfolio of solar inverters, battery storage, EV charging, and digital energy solutions.
What You Will Do
Recruit, develop, and activate installer partners across Sweden. Drive sales growth through distributors and installer networks. Promote and sell Sungrow’s full product portfolio.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will become the face of Sungrow in the installer market, helping partners grow their businesses while increasing Sungrow’s market share across Residential and C&I segments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solar, energy storage, EV charging, electrical distribution, or a related industry
- Existing network of installers, distributors, or EPCs within Sweden
- Experience selling technical solutions into Residential and/or C&I markets
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Confident presenter, relationship builder, and communicator
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Swedish and English fluency (at least C1)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
