Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Support the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and orders, collaborate with Sales and Legal teams, and coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

What You Will Do

Prepare and maintain regular reports, issue commercial invoices, and partner with finance and sales teams to monitor and follow up on payment collection and credit risk.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong analytical skills, confident use of ERP systems and MS Office tools, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in operations, sales support, or the solar or energy industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or a related field
  • Initial experience in operations, sales support, or ideally within the solar or energy industry
  • Good understanding of international business environments or hands-on cross-border coordination experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights
  • Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with English at C1 level; Chinese at B2 or higher is considered an advantage
