Role Overview
Join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to customers and support outside sales managers. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer correspondence, and assisting customers in finding components.
What You Will Do
Answer phone calls and respond to customer correspondence, assist customers in finding components, supply detailed product quotations, enter customer orders in the ERP system, and expedite customer orders as needed.

Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Proficient with software programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail)
- Experience with Trend ERP a plus
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards
