Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, particularly in US and other international markets. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our outsourcing and staffing solutions.
What You Will Do
Prospect and reach out to potential clients, research target companies, build and maintain your own sales pipeline, schedule meetings, and generate qualified sales opportunities. Conduct discovery calls, recommend suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and client relationship management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
