Role Overview
This role is responsible for growing the business profitably in the assigned territories by focusing on new customer account development and increasing the share of wallet of existing accounts that are assigned. This role shall develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy aligned with global and regional headquarters to meet the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.
What You Will Do
Identify new customer prospects, build relationships with key influencers and decision makers, develop suitable solution and commercial proposal, and lead relevant functions through the sales process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the industrial market
- Proven record of developing new businesses
- Ability to coordinate and lead functional teams
- Independent and self-driven professional with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing value-based commercial proposal and articulate well
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferable experience in mechanical engineering or machining background
