Operations Manager for Sales will strengthen relationships with clients and team members, impact the bottom line by producing effective strategies, and improve the company by making recommendations to enhance processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
- Three years of operations and management experience
- Inbound/Outbound contact center experience with Sales as primary KPI and productivity
- Experience in managing people
- Performance management skills
- Analytical ability to read and understand data trends
- Experience in creating/understanding various incentive models
- Experience in mentoring supervisors, coaches
- Good understanding of people metrics
