Join Swayable as a high-performing Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to build a system that consistently creates, captures, and converts high-intent pipelines from companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
What You Will Do
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, redesign how we work with AI, build and maintain lead routing rules, and own the full email marketing program.

Requirements
- 7-10+ Years of Experience in Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Growth, and Performance Marketing roles
- Demonstrated track record of building pipeline-focused programs that drove measurable revenue outcomes
- HubSpot expertise across marketing automation, workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting
- Strong email marketing fundamentals including deliverability, segmentation, cadence design, and A/B testing
- ABM experience: designing and running targeted account-based programs in coordination with Sales
- Analytical mindset: comfortable building attribution models, interpreting funnel data, and presenting pipeline performance to leadership
