Role Overview

Join Swayable as a high-performing Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to build a system that consistently creates, captures, and converts high-intent pipelines from companies that fit our ideal customer profile.

What You Will Do

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, redesign how we work with AI, build and maintain lead routing rules, and own the full email marketing program.

This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who has built demand gen functions before, is comfortable being hands-on in the tools, and knows how to create structure, move fast, and tie every program back to pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ Years of Experience in Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Growth, and Performance Marketing roles
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline-focused programs that drove measurable revenue outcomes
  • HubSpot expertise across marketing automation, workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting
  • Strong email marketing fundamentals including deliverability, segmentation, cadence design, and A/B testing
  • ABM experience: designing and running targeted account-based programs in coordination with Sales
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable building attribution models, interpreting funnel data, and presenting pipeline performance to leadership
