Role Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead and coordinate a cross-functional Business Segment Team to drive sustainable business growth, customer engagement, and market share expansion. You will align Marketing, Sales, and Product Management activities to identify market opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, enable customer success, and achieve market share and design-win targets.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the market segment growth strategy, collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps, drive go-to-market initiatives, and establish clear Business Segment objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering
  • Several years of experience in product/technical marketing, sales, business development within electrical engineering disciplines
  • Strong understanding of systems and partner networks behind high-bandwidth, low-latency communications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in go-to-market strategies, campaign management, and sales enablement
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset
  • Very good German and/or English skills, written and spoken
