Role Overview
The Business Development Director is responsible for driving new business growth across verticals, with a focus on PO Management and Control Tower solutions. This role combines new customer acquisition with expanding opportunities within existing accounts. The position carries responsibility for achieving individual and team sales targets while supporting long-term customer partnerships.
What You Will Do
Represent DP World in line with its values, drive business growth, develop and execute territory plans, build and manage relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the end-to-end sales process, leverage internal expertise, and partner with global colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and relevant experience in business development within supply chain, logistics, or Retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
