Role Overview

The Manager, Pre-Sales Operations, strengthens Syndigo’s ability to win complex enterprise opportunities by driving structured pursuit management, scalable RFP/RFx response operations, and pre-sales enablement. This role supports the development and execution of the global pursuit desk and proposal management function, ensuring consistent, high-quality responses to competitive opportunities while equipping sales teams with repeatable frameworks and operational support.

What You Will Do

Lead and support the global pursuit desk and proposal management operations, manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFx response processes, partner with sales leadership on strategic pursuits, and coordinate cross-functional contributions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in proposal management, pre-sales operations, pursuit management, solution consulting, or related roles
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations with complex B2B sales cycles
• Proven success managing structured RFP/RFx programs using modern proposal tools
• Experience partnering with sales leadership on strategic enterprise deals in SFDC-driven environments
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes and ROI narratives
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and governance models
• Familiarity with proposal automation, AI tools, and knowledge management platforms
• Experience enabling demo programs (e.g., Consensus or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring proposal/pursuit teams
