Role Overview
A Sr. Sales Director is responsible for managing individual contributors within an assigned geographic area or market segment; they may additionally hunt new business opportunities and support and grow their own accounts.
What You Will Do
Lead, develop, and support a high-performance sales team to achieve strategic objectives and sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals; hunt new business opportunities, deliver sales presentations, negotiate and close large deals of strategic importance.

Requirements
- Typically 15+ years in technology sales (solution sales approach)
- Direct supervision of field sales representatives
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job-related experience)
- Proven track record of consistently maintaining a robust sales pipeline that supports/exceeds revenue forecasts
- CPAAS and messaging experience preferred
