Role Overview

The Head of Marketing with a focus on Lead Generation is responsible for building demand, reach, and qualified leads for the entire product portfolio. The role is central to the growth of our B2B subscription business and acts as a direct growth interface between editorial, product, and sales.

What You Will Do

Develop a scalable lead funnel, lead acquisition, qualification, nurturing, and handover to sales. Lead the reach build-up for horizontal topics and maximize conversion rates along the customer journey. Develop growth strategies, optimize journeys, and launch campaigns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Several years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing. Proven responsibility for pipeline or revenue, and experience in leading and developing teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Very good knowledge in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, paid social, SEA, and performance-driven campaigns
  • Experience with demand generation in digital platform or media models
  • Proven responsibility for pipeline or revenue
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams
  • High data and KPI affinity, as well as a sophisticated handling of analytics tools
  • Strategic, business-oriented thinking paired with a well-developed hands-on mentality and implementation strength
  • German on a native level, as well as English good in word and writing
