Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that drive results.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, collision centers, dealerships, and wholesale customers. Generate sales through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and customer follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or the automotive industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
