Role Overview
Customer Success Manager will build strong relationships with partnered employers, understand their hiring needs, and drive engagement to ensure a better employer experience. The role requires a strong understanding of the employer’s ideal candidate and ability to reach a decision for relevant candidates. The team is looking to expand rapidly and is an early stage VC funded startup in the online recruitment space.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in account management or pre-sales or sales
- Relevant experience in the online recruitment space
