Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and promoting TD’s products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing your work to meet deadlines.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include handling financial transactions, understanding and meeting client needs, responding to client concerns, and promoting TD’s products and services. You will also be responsible for creating a positive client experience and recommending improvements to operational processes.

Requirements
- Diplôme d’études secondaires et/ou plus d’une année d’expérience pertinente
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou équivalent, un atout
- Très bon sens de l’organisation, et solides compétences en administration, en planification et en gestion du temps
- Utilisation pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) et d’Internet
- Personne ambitieuse pouvant faire preuve d’initiative, axée sur l’exactitude et soucieuse des détails
