Email Marketing & Automation Specialist with Graphic Knowledge

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist with Graphic Knowledge, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and controlling email marketing campaigns with Marketo, as well as creating graphics for newsletters in Photoshop. You will work closely with the Business Intelligence Team, Channel Marketing Managers, and external agencies to drive marketing automation processes and support the graphic team in creating online and print assets.

Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, creating graphics for newsletters, segmenting and maintaining target groups, and analyzing campaign success. You will also work on quality assurance, close collaboration with teams, and supporting the development of marketing automation processes.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (Marketo) or another marketing automation tool
• Several years of experience in an agency or in a company in the field of digital marketing
• Very good knowledge of Marketo and Photoshop
• Good knowledge of HTML for email adjustments
• Experience in email marketing and marketing automation
• Secure handling of campaign management and target group segmentation
• Analytical understanding and experience in measuring the success of digital campaigns
• Structured and meticulous working style with high quality standards
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Routine with project management tools (ideally Aprimo)
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the IT or technology field is an advantage, but not a must
