Role Overview
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of customer orders and RMAs, working closely with the sales management team, sales rep firms, customers, and internal departments. You will develop close relationships with Tier 1 customers to provide superior customer service and find creative solutions to their problems.
What You Will Do
Review customer orders and RMA requests, enter orders into ERP system, assign delivery dates, and maintain order files. Participate in call group, answer calls, and assist with nontechnical inquiries. Support Regional Sales Managers and Rep firm’s requests for information and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Five years related experience
- Intermediate ability to prepare MS Word documents and MS Excel spreadsheets
- Understanding of ERP systems, supply and demand, and material flow from factory to customer
- Understanding of logistics with regards to shipping of product, familiarity with different carriers, service levels, and options available to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of material
