Role Overview
Join Teads’ APAC marketing team as a Marketing Manager to drive commercial success by expanding visibility and brand presence across North Asia. This hands-on role involves event management, brand stewardship, content & comms, budgeting, sales enablement, awards & PR, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
Lead event execution, manage event touchpoints, drive communications, work on budget forecasting and reporting, produce sales materials, own awards calendar, and collaborate with commercial and global teams.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising
- Event Expertise: Proven track record in managing event logistics and complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. Ability to draft professional marketing copy and coordinate with PR agencies
- Languages: Native/Fluent Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP) and CRM/Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Splash)
- Mindset: A diligent self-starter who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
