Role Overview
Join a growing communications technology company as a Revenue Operations Manager, building and optimizing the operational foundation of the commercial organization. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to drive operational excellence and enable scalable business growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the company’s Revenue Operations strategy, optimize CRM systems, manage pipeline processes, build revenue forecasts, and analyze commercial data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience supporting B2B Technology, SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, CCaaS, Managed Services, or similar industries
- Strong CRM administration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Experience building sales forecasts, executive dashboards, and commercial reporting
- Proven experience improving sales performance through process optimization and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting
- Experience designing workflows and implementing automation
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and revenue operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English
