Role Overview

Develop and execute the regional sales and business development strategy for APAC, generating new business opportunities across all employer’s product lines.

What You Will Do

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and customer records using Zoho CRM.

7–10 years’ experience in business development or technical sales, proven experience selling project-based engineered solutions or capital equipment, and strong OAM and EPC network across the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • 7–10 years’ experience in business development or technical sales
  • Proven experience selling project-based engineered solutions or capital equipment
  • Strong OAM and EPC network across the APAC region
  • Extensive Oil & Gas and Utilities industry experience
  • Experience developing strategic accounts and managing complex sales cycles
  • Commercial negotiation and contract management experience
  • Experience using Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platform)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region
