Role Overview
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for training, directing, and developing inside sales representatives and customer service team members to ensure the financial success of the sales office. This leader must work collaboratively across departments to drive customer satisfaction, improve internal coordination, and support business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead, manage, and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team, serve as the go-to authority for customer engagement, collaborate with other departments, coach and train the inside sales force, establish and track performance metrics, and maintain a personal book of business.

Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Five years of experience in a similar role
- Professional selling experience in the electro-mechanical components industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Conversational in any other language is a plus
