Role Overview
Lead the commercial development strategy for the LTL division of Envía.com, identifying market opportunities, building a solid pipeline of potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to accelerate revenue growth and adoption of freight solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and execute demand generation strategies for LTL services, identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of high-value potential clients, and lead outbound sales and market development initiatives.

Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial areas
- Proven experience in logistics, land transportation, freight, LTL, or supply chain
- Experience leading prospecting and opportunity generation strategies
- Desirable experience in technology companies, logistics marketplaces, or freight tech
- Experience working with CRMs and commercial prospecting tools
- Knowledge of land transportation and LTL services industry
- Business development and consultative sales
- Building and managing commercial pipelines
- Market analysis and client segmentation
- CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excel and commercial analysis
