Role Overview

Join our team at Terex Utilities as an Inside Sales Manager in Watertown, SD. The role oversees the Project Leader, Sales Coordinator, Order Writing teams, and CPQ system administration. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Production, and vendors to support quoting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop the Project Leader, Sales Coordinator, and Order Writing teams, handle customer escalations, provide direction and coaching, monitor and manage team performance, oversee the full lifecycle of customer jobs, and manage customer opportunities from quote stage to customer acceptance.
