Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the technical and operational marketing of Peer4Med, making strategy, technology, and data dialogue to transform every interaction into a real growth opportunity. You will work closely with the business function of Peer4Med and with the marketing and digital team of the Testbusters Group.

What You Will Do

You will manage paid campaigns, CRM, email, landing page, lead magnet, analytics, funnel, and operational coordination of launches. You will also work on building and improving TOFU-MOFU-BOFU funnels, landing pages, forms, CTAs, offers, and funnel nodes to increase conversion and lead quality.

You will have a transversal action perimeter and will be responsible for acquisition and funnel, CRM, email, and lifecycle, conversion, site, and e-commerce, content, creators, and activations, analytics, reporting, and growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, growth, performance, CRM, or similar roles in digital, consumer, education, e-commerce, or service contexts
• Concrete experience on at least three of these blocks: CRM/email marketing, landing page and conversion, analytics/reporting, performance-oriented content
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, and KPIs without losing sight of message, target, and positioning
• Good familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CMS/e-commerce, and well-maintained spreadsheets
• Excellent executive ability: you know how to pass from idea to implementation without waste
• Pragmatic, proactive, and autonomous approach
• Team spirit and willingness to get your hands dirty where needed
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher level)
