Role Overview
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial coatings, floor coatings, epoxy flooring systems, and construction materials. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
What You Will Do
Generate new leads, convert prospects into customers, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and manage projects from inquiry to completion. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Industrial Coatings, Paints, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Industrial Coatings, Paints, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling quotations, tenders, customer accounts, and order management
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian industrial and construction markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results
- A valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama will be considered an advantage
