Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing and sales of Bell helicopters and associated accessories and kits within their respective region in the Bell Helicopter Asia area. This position will be based in Malaysia.
What You Will Do
Plan, coordinate and direct business development activities, achieve sales goals, formulate and execute effective strategies, oversee and supervise Independent Representatives, and manage workload to ensure timely preparation and submittal of program sales proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum University Degree with Aviation Technical Skills, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, and good business acumen, time management, customer focus, and planning skills.

- Good business acumen, time management, customer focus, and planning skills
- Aviation Pilot license or A&P in Rotary-Wing preferred
