Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager serves as the key commercial customer interface, working within an allocated sales portfolio and targets set for the Avionics and IFE business units. They will manage and lead prospecting, marketing, and negotiation activities to ensure the sale of AGS products & services.
What You Will Do
Meet sales objectives, manage sales campaigns, set regional sales plans, and perform competitor analysis. Frequent travel to visit airlines and MROs, and coordinate with external organizations and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Min. 5 years sales or marketing working experience within the aviation sector
- Min. 2 years in an international environment
- Min. 5 years working experience relating to customer relationship management
- Good command of spoken and written English
