Role Overview
We’re looking for a marketing professional to own Tradify’s customer marketing and lifecycle strategy. You’ll focus on retention, engagement and growth – deepening customer relationships, reducing churn and driving expansion revenue.
What You Will Do
Develop and own the global customer marketing strategy, design and lead lifecycle programmes, create targeted campaigns, partner with Product & Customer Service, and manage marketing automation and performance reporting.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM/retention focused roles
- Ability to design multi-stage lifecycle programmes that deliver measurable retention and engagement results
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys and experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred)
- An analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends and create actionable programmes
- Excellent written communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product and Sales teams
