Join Access as a Marketing role, creating campaigns and content that resonate with customers, working flexibly across customer and product marketing. You’ll own meaningful work that helps small businesses get the most from their software.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver campaigns for product releases and customer engagement, create release communications, run webinars and events, develop content that strengthens customer relationships, and work with Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Experience or strong interest in both customer and product marketing
- Ability to translate product updates into clear, benefit-focused communications
- Skilled in planning and delivering engaging webinars or events
- Strong grasp of tone, brand consistency, and writing for small business audiences
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and webinar platforms
- Confidence using data to measure performance and guide decisions
- Marketing degree or related qualification preferred
