We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team at The Boulevard Wentzville. The role involves driving occupancy gains, problem-solving, and providing exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with potential residents and families, helping leads and families problem-solve, and driving occupancy gains in the community. You will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
  • Criminally cleared
  • Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
