Role Overview

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities within large chain customers or channels and maximizing profitable sales opportunities. This role involves building enduring relationships with customers, understanding their business complexities, and developing customized business plans to meet their needs.

What You Will Do

The Sales Development Manager will sell customer plans, evaluate outlet opportunities, assist customers in reaching sales potential, handle customer issues, and propose appropriate brands and packages to satisfy customer and consumer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in consumer products or direct store delivery sales, major account management
  • Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price and package for retail customers
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills
  • Above average computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
