The Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management, Uzbekistan is responsible for designing and executing the market’s end to end Revenue Growth Management & Execution agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth and margin expansion. The role partners closely with bottling, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to localize Eurasia & Middle East RGMX strategies and ensure disciplined execution in the market.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in business, economics, marketing, or related fields)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in RGM, commercial, marketing, or related areas
- Knowledge of RGM frameworks and tools, with proven execution in market-based or channel-based growth initiatives
- Ability to translate marketing, franchise, and commercial priorities into actionable Uzbekistan market plans
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex business environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English (Uzbek is a strong plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
