Role Overview
Join Mennel Milling as a Sales Manager and contribute to the company’s mission of feeding the world. As a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional, you will manage and coordinate internal and external activities related to sales and marketing of flour products. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams while driving growth and ensuring exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Manage customer relationships, prospect and develop new business opportunities, maintain sales volume and product mix, build strong customer partnerships, and support the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of milling, food production, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex account needs
