Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll help customers identify operational inefficiencies and design automation solutions that improve productivity, optimize space utilization, and reduce reliance on manual labor. You’ll work across advanced technologies including ASRS and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to help customers transform the way work gets done inside their warehouses and distribution centers.

What You Will Do

You’ll collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to improve throughput, space utilization, and labor challenges. You’ll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and close. You’ll engage and influence C-suite executives by articulating strategic value, ROI, and operational impacts of automated material handling systems.

Requirements

  • BA/ BS in engineering, business, sales and marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of material handling systems experience
  • Understanding of warehouse/ distribution operations, manufacturing workflows, throughput calculations, storage systems, robotics, and automation technologies
  • Proven ability to present complex concepts to senior leadership
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and contract-closure skills
  • Ability to align objectives with other team members
  • Highly self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and strong sense of accountability
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex prospects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
