Role Overview

The Director, Talent & Growth leads the strategy, design, governance, integration, and operational execution of enterprise coaching and assessment experiences across BetterUp and traditional coaching offerings.

What You Will Do

Shape and evolve the enterprise coaching strategy, define and refine coaching program models, lead cross-functional strategy development, guide the integration of assessments into coaching, and partner with external providers.
