Role Overview

As a Service Sales Manager, you will drive service commercial business across West1 regions, focusing on contract renewals, warranty conversions, spares sales, and on-call service business. You will manage and grow the service contract portfolio, ensuring high contract coverage, renewal rates, and profitability across assigned territories.

Develop and execute strategies to convert warranty customers to comprehensive service contracts, maximize customer lifetime value, drive spares business, promote and sell on-call service offerings, handle key customer accounts, and keep track of competition activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Science/Engineering graduate preferred; MBA or relevant business qualification is a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience in service sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in managing large customer base
  • Proficient in English in read, write and speak; knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is advantageous
  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
  • Sales-driven approach; strongly motivated by targets and business outcomes
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution excellence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time optimally to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
