Role Overview
As a SalesForce.com Support Specialist, you will support the users of our SalesForce.com system, providing guidance on usage and policies, and working with the team to define business specifications, application functionality, and workflow requirements.
What You Will Do
Data stewardship, supporting the CRM user community, capturing business requirements, providing day-to-day business user support, creating and maintaining operational dashboards, and performing testing on issues and improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited higher learning institution
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ & Power BI
- Experience with eliciting information from users to support SalesForce.com
- SFDC Business Analyst or Administrator or AI certified
- Must be results-oriented with a good attention to detail
- Experience leading projects and timelines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in written & oral English
