Role Overview
Define and lead the growth strategy for the PJ portfolio, covering acquisition, activation, engagement, and recurring revenue generation. Lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives and structure cross-sell and upsell strategies. Monitor the portfolio P&L with a unit economics view and identify optimization levers for margin and product mix.
What You Will Do
Lead multidisciplinary squads, conduct executive rituals, monitor KPIs and dashboards, and represent the Growth area to strategic stakeholders and partners. Ensure correct revenue attribution by channel and campaign via data integration and CRM, and develop forecasting models to support budget and allocation decisions.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Looker) and attribution concepts
- Knowledge of Open Finance, credit regulation, and acquisition (BACEN, Bandeiras)
