Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join us as a Business Finance Team Lead (Prepaid Cards – Chandigarh). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, experience, and qualities necessary for successfully managing partnerships, boosting sales, and expanding the presence of Tide Cards.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include hiring and managing a team, identifying and engaging with SMEs and corporates, managing the acquisition pipeline, collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support and training to onboarded partners, and exploring new growth opportunities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of total work experience with at least 4+ years managing FOS/Card Sales teams, preferably in fintech or prepaid card sales, and be skilled in hiring, training, and scaling field sales teams from scratch.
